Business Planning
Matelco can provide an evaluation of the current estate and look at what your business wants to do over the next 3-5 years. We make recommendations for future proofing, changes to enable growth, acquisition or enable improved functionality.


IT Strategy
Matelco will simplify the search for a solution that meets all the technical requirements for now and the future. That could be to work with a bespoke application, enable Voice over IP or for a new centralised IT strategy - perhaps virtualisation.


Commercial Strategy
Matelco's wholesale relationships with suppliers means access to extremely competitive pricing with the additional benefit of volume agreements.

When we have discussed you commercial and technical requirements we carry out the initial research to find you the most commercially appropriate solution available. During your contract, Matelco will continue looking at prices on your behalf to make sure that remains the case, and do so throughout the length of your contract.

Rollout and Project Management
Matelco will allocate dedicated resource for the order, planning and actual rollout of the chosen solution. Timescales, risks and actions will be mapped out and a project document provided which will be updated and distributed on a regular basis. The project manager will coordinate activities with the carrier and will deal with any issues and resolve problems as they arise.


Support, Maintain and Manage
Matelco take ownership of all the networks we supply, our Network Operations Centre is 24x7x365 and is the first point of call for any issues. We can go beyond the standard support that most carriers offer, and actively monitor the network and manage faults as they arise - in most cases before you are aware there is a fault. In doing so we can often improve the standard carrier SLA for our customers.


Simple Billing
Matelco can provide one monthly, quarterly or annual bills on a single invoice for all services we supply, to suit the requirements of our customers.
