Support, Maintain and Manage
Matelco take ownership of all the networks we supply, our Network
Operations Centre is 24x7x365 and is the first point of call for
any issues. We can go beyond the standard support, that most
carriers offer, and actively monitor the network and manage faults
as they arise - in most cases before you are aware there is a
fault. In doing so we can often improve the standard carrier SLA
for our customers.
Simple Billing
Matelco can provide one monthly, quarterly or annual bills on a
single invoice for all services we supply, to suit the requirements
of our customers.
Rollout and Project Management
Matelco will allocate dedicated resource for the order, planning
and actual rollout of the chosen solution. Timescales, risks and
actions will be mapped out and a project document provided which
will be updated and distributed on a regular basis. The project
manager will coordinate activities with the carrier and will deal
with any issues and resolve problems as they arise.
Consultancy
We believe each customer is unique and therefore take a
consultative approach to deliver the best solution for each
